As much as we encourage all brides to hire a wedding coordinator/planner, we also understand that sometimes it's just not in the budget. Here are some tips and tricks to keep you organized for the big day ….
2.) Create a Wedding Details Document:
Include all information for setup and teardown, vendor contacts, and ceremony information. Having all this information together in one place will make it easier to remember all the details and delegate tasks to others. Make sure to send it off to anyone who can use the information, also bring a printed copy the day of.
3.) Create a full timeline of your event:
Start your timeline from when you plan to wake up and follow it through until the venue closes at the end of the night. Include everything and be as detailed as possible to prevent any mistakes the day of. Don’t Forget to also send your timeline out to all vendors, important people, and your wedding party well in advance. This will ensure everyone knows when and where they are supposed to be.
